TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAYMENT If you book your holiday by telephone, please send written confirmation with a third of the total holiday charge. The full balance is to be paid no later than 42 days before the commencement of the holiday. All cheques should be made payable to 'Mr Andrew Joad'. Unfortunately, we do not have the facilties to accept payments made by credit card. CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, the deposit and/or the final payment is only refundable if we are able to re-let the cottage. We recommend that you insure against cancellation. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES The cottage will be ready by 3pm at the start of your holiday and we request that you vacate the property by 10am on the last day, leaving the cottage clean and tidy.
